The experiment returns

Camilia the Gravity Girl

A color-bending puzzle platformer about reading the room—literally. Every field changes the direction of gravity, turning a simple route into a problem of timing, momentum, and nerve.

FIELD 03 / MOMENTUM: 72%
C
Cross the boundary. Keep the momentum. Make gravity solve the room with you.

One rule changes everything.

The environment is not decoration. Its color defines the local gravity vector, so every boundary can become a launch, a landing, or a trap. The same force acts on Camilia, loose objects, and enemies—giving each room several possible solutions.

Violet field

Turn ceilings into routes

Carry speed upward, catch an overhead platform, or lure an enemy out of the way.

Crimson field

Commit to the fall

Drop through danger, build momentum, and choose the exact boundary that arrests it.

Emerald field

Make the room move sideways

Convert a jump into a dash and turn columns of color into a navigable sequence.

The old principle. A new game.

The remake keeps the strange, tactile heart of the Flash prototype while rebuilding everything around contemporary technology, precise input, and levels designed to let one physical rule unfold in surprising ways.

01 / FEEL

Responsive movement

Modern controls, readable trajectories, and quick recovery make experimentation feel deliberate.

02 / PUZZLES

Momentum chains

Pass through several gravity fields in sequence, preserving just enough speed to reach an unlikely exit.

03 / SYSTEMS

Shared physics

Enemies, keys, hazards, and movable pieces all respond to the same fields, making them tools as often as threats.

04 / FUTURE

Worlds with new rules

Moving color boundaries, overlapping fields, gravity echoes, and optional routes expand the original idea without losing it.

A prototype from another web.

Camilia first appeared on Newgrounds when browser games still ran on Flash. Version 0.01 was rough, compact, and already capable of producing moments that felt half platformer, half physics puzzle. That unfinished idea is the reason to return.
