1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Shock Experts products (including AffiDock, Todof, and related services), you agree to these Terms of Service and all referenced policies. If you are using the services on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organization to these terms.
2. Accounts and Eligibility
You must provide accurate information, maintain account security, and promptly notify us of unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your credentials. Accounts may be terminated if they are used for unlawful purposes or violate these terms.
3. License and Acceptable Use
We grant you a limited, non-transferable license to use our services for your internal business or personal purposes. You agree not to reverse engineer, interfere with, or abuse the systems that power our products. Automated queries, scraping, or using the services to develop competing offerings is prohibited unless explicitly authorized.
4. Fees and Payment
Paid plans are invoiced according to the ordering document or plan you select. Late payments may result in suspension as permitted by law. You are responsible for taxes and bank charges arising from your purchases.
5. Intellectual Property
Shock Experts retains ownership of all intellectual property in our products. Customer feedback may be used to improve the services without restriction. You retain ownership of content you upload while granting us a limited license to host, process, and display that content solely to provide the services.
6. Confidentiality and Data Protection
Each party will safeguard confidential information with reasonable care. We process personal data according to our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for complying with applicable laws when sharing data with us and must ensure you have the right to do so.
7. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
Our services are provided “as is”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Shock Experts disclaims all warranties and is not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages. Our aggregate liability is limited to the fees paid to us during the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
8. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms, create security risk, or cause harm to other users. You may terminate by closing your account or ending a subscription. Certain sections survive termination, including those covering payment, confidentiality, and liability limitations.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Disputes will be handled in the competent courts of England and Wales, unless both parties agree to alternative dispute resolution.
10. Updates
We may update these terms to reflect product changes or legal requirements. Material changes will be announced through the services or via email. Continued use of the services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
